The process starts with a phone call to discuss your travel goals and vision. After understanding your dream trip, I'll research ideal destinations and experiences. A 50% deposit is required to proceed.

 After intentional research, I'll present you with customized itinerary/accommodation recommendations. We value your input and will work to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

With your final approval and selections, we will begin to lock in your dream vacation.

She was able to find the most magical accommodations for our stay in Athens, Santorini and Mykonos, including a cave nestled into the sprawling cliffs of Oia. She coordinated an all day private boat tour for us in Santorini and was even able to snag an upgraded yacht after the company scheduled us incorrectly. She helped book a four wheel expedition around Mykonos and provided numerous recommendations for local restaurants in every location. It was so nice to have our itinerary planned out, so we didn't waste any time. We currently don’t offer payment plans, however we only require 50% of the planning fee due upfront, the final payment is due 30 days later. 

Do you offer payment plans for the planning fee? 

Yes! We are here to help if anything goes wrong - we hope nothing will, but the realities of travel are often unpredictable. Our working hours are 9AM - 5PM PST, if you are traveling in a different timezone, please email us at hello@creativetravel-consulting.com and we will respond to you ASAP. On the other hand, you are also always welcome to contact us during your trip even if you need further info on your itinerary or additional planning services while you are abroad. We are always here for you! 

If something happens while I am on my trip, will you help? 

 Creative Travel Consulting is not able to book hotels or flights using points or miles. If you are interested in using your points/miles/credits then our ‘The Itinerary’ package is perfect for you! 

Can I use my points to book travel with you?

Other than removing the planning process off your to-do list, a professional travel advisor like myself can take your vacation beyond the guidebook and help uncover hidden gems around the world. Our entire process is built around a consultative approach, where we work together to curate unforgettable experiences. Did you know that it takes an average of 40-50 hrs to research a trip?
